Got a Yellow Card???

Upon receiving a yellow card or caution from a referee in a game you are responsible for paying a $5.00 fine to the Southern Idaho Soccer League. You can NOT play if you have outstanding fines from past seasons!

It is your responsibility to take care of payment of this fine.

Making payment can be handled in the following ways:

1. Contact the fee collection person from SISL and make the payment directly to them.  Look at the contact page on the web page.  Get a receipt.

2.
You may mail the five dollars cash to:
           SISL
           PMB #234
           3527 S. Federal Way
           Boise, ID 83705

Do not forget to include the following information:  Your name, address, team name, division, date of game, time, field location, what the caution was issued for and referee name (if you have their name).  Request a receipt be sent to you.

3.  You may leave five dollars cash in a envelope addressed to the SISL fee collection person at Soccer Etc. Include a note directing the fee collector about your fine for a caution received in the game you played. Include: your name, address, team name, division, the date of the game, field location, game time, what the caution was issued for and referee (if you have their name).

NOTE:   All fines and fees are to be paid in cash per the league rules.  You are responsible for the payment and keeping track of paying the fine.  The league is not responsible for lost or non-notation of payment.  It is your responsibility to get a receipt should there be a dispute in the future.  If there is no record of payment being made by registration time at the beginning of the next season you will be responsible for the payment of all fines not paid and ones with no record of payment.  Always get a receipt.
