Upon receiving a RED card from a referee in a game you are responsible for paying a $40.00 fine to the Southern Idaho Soccer League. You can NOT play if you have outstanding fines from past seasons!

It is your responsibility to take care of payment of this fine. 

Making payment can be handled in the following ways: 
1. Contact the Disciplinary person for SISL and make the payment directly to them.  Look at the contact page on the web page.  Get a receipt.

2. You may mail the $40.00 cash to:

Do not forget to include the following information:  Your name, address, team name, division, date of game, time, field location, what the caution was issued for and referee name (if you have their name).  Request a receipt be sent to you. 

DISCIPLINARY ACTION INVOLVING RED CARDS AND EJECTIONS:

• NOTICE:  Your team captain, by signing the SISL Team Application Form, has assured and guaranteed the Southern Idaho Soccer League that, you the individual player have been informed of all rules and policies and that by your acceptance to play in the league, that you will know and follow all rules and policies of the league.  And it is further understood that you have agreed to follow all rules policies and procedures without conflict.

1.  Your only hearing option for sanctions from referee issued Cautions and Ejections that do not go past one year will be the League Disciplinary Committee and it’s Chairperson.  You are not allowed to appeal such sanctions or action further to the league or the state association.
2.  You do not have to have a Disciplinary Hearing unless you so choose.  But you are responsible to make arrangements for such a hearing or to pick-up player cards and pay fines through the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee.
3.  To schedule a Hearing you must contact the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee by Monday evening following your game. The Disciplinary Board will arrange to hear your appeal prior to the next game.
4.  There is a $40.00 Disciplinary Hearing Fee that must be paid prior to the start of any hearing.  The fee can be paid by cash, cashiers check or money order.
5.  All fines or fees must be paid in cash, cashiers check or money order only.
     
NOTE: Arrangements to pick-up player cards, pay fines after game suspensions or to schedule a Hearing can be made by contacting the league Disciplinary Chairman - Marcie Leatham sisl.reports@gmail.com, no later than the Monday evening following the game in which you got your red card.
